Which version of CFDI can I currently stamp?
According to SAT regulations, the only valid version is CFDI 4.0, which came into effect on April 1, 2023.
Is it necessary to register on the Demo platform to run tests?
Yes, registration is essential to obtain your access credentials and test the web services. It also lets you familiarize yourself with the platform interface and features.
Do I need to use real data during initial registration?
No, on the test platform you can use either real or fictitious data.
Can I use different email addresses for Production and Demo environments?
Yes, using different email addresses is allowed.
What do I need to move to Production?
You must complete at least one stamping and one cancellation test on the Demo environment. However, you can run as many tests as needed to ensure your system integrates properly.
Will my Demo account be deleted after moving to Production?
No, your Demo account remains active for future testing and updates.
Can I use the Partner Control Panel in Demo?
Yes, all features available in Production can be reviewed in the Demo panel.
Can I create invoices directly from the panel?
No, the panel is for administrative use only. Your system must generate XMLs and be connected to our services for stamping.
Can I generate reports for stamps issued by my account and clients?
Yes, the Partner Control Panel allows access to monthly reports per account and RFC.
Having trouble uploading a payment proof?
Check that the file is no larger than 1.0 MB.
You may also refresh the page (F5) if your session has expired.
Can I view and download my stamped XML files?
Yes, directly from the Billing section in the control panel.
What is the Obligated Taxpayer List (LCO)?
It is a list from SAT indicating which RFCs are authorized to issue CFDIs.
What payment method should I specify for an Income-type CFDI?
If paid immediately, use PUE. If paid in installments or later, use PPD.
Do I need to upload my CSDs to the FINKOK panel?
Only if using the sign_stamp method. Otherwise, if your XML is complete, uploading is not required.
If I obtain new Digital Seal Certificates (CSDs), how long before they appear in LCO?
Up to 72 hours.
Once I generate an invoice, how long do I have to certify it (stamp)?
You have up to 72 hours to stamp it, as required by SAT.
Do I need to pay before using your services?
No. Billing is monthly and based on usage. You can see charges in the Finkok portal under Billing.
Is there any cost to use the Demo environment?
No, it's free for testing your system integration.
How can I download an invoice for Finkok services?
Once payment is made and recorded on the platform, the invoice is automatically generated and downloadable from the Billing section.
Is there an extra charge for CFDIs with add-ons?
No. The stamping cost is the same with or without add-ons.
How long does it take to restore service after uploading a payment proof?
Service is activated automatically once the proof is uploaded.
What is the cost of the stamping service?
Under our OnDemand billing model, we charge MX$150 + VAT for up to 500 CFDI stamps per month. From the 501st stamp onward, each additional stamp is priced at MX$0.30 + VAT.
What do I need to invoice with your services?
You must have a system capable of generating the XML. If it's a custom system, testing is required. For third-party systems already integrated with Finkok, request Production access via email. integracion@finkok.com
Can I prepay for stamps?
Yes, prepayments are allowed.
How do I know if my system can consume Finkok web services?
Consult your programming language's documentation. Most modern languages support web services, and some provide tools for easier consumption.
What technology do Finkok Web Services use?
They use SOAP.
How can I get SOAP envelope request examples?
We provide code samples in various languages. You can also use SOAPUI to generate both request and response examples.
After completing the required tests, how do I request Production access?
It is necessary to request the production access from your assigned integration agent, or by emailing integracion@finkok.com, specifying the email address associated with the account used for testing. Once your request is received, the integration team will send you the requirements to complete your production registration.
During the integration process, can I use real RFC's as issuer to stamp my XML's?
No, only test RFCs and CSDs provided by Finkok are permitted: https://wiki.integracion.finkok.com/en/home/certificados.
Which web service should I use to stamp payroll CFDIs?
Use the standard service, which supports all SAT-approved CFDIs and add-ons.
