They constitute an Agreement between you, the User, and FINKOK S.A. DE C.V., a Mexican company headquartered at Calzada Fray Antonio de San Miguel 308, Centro, C.P. 58000, Morelia, Michoacán, México.

IMAGE DOWNLOAD AND USAGE
Downloading images is NOT PERMITTED; doing so constitutes a violation of Intellectual Property rights.
The use of any image or part of an image on another website or in any other document is strictly prohibited without written and notarized permission from FINKOK. Likewise, commercial use in any form is also prohibited without such prior authorization. All rights reserved.
In any case where FINKOK deems that any image is being misused, it will notify the Tax Administration Service (SAT), and the individual or entity responsible will be subject to the corresponding legal consequences for such misuse.

The claim of being the "fastest electronic invoicing" refers only to the XML processing time, and does not include transmission time from your location, adding complements, sending emails, or generating PDFs, etc. To validate this offer, you must first send an email to the support department showing proof of your current provider's processing time. If necessary, FINKOK's team may request additional testing with your current provider, including access credentials. FINKOK may also request further information to verify processing speed. Failure to provide the requested information may void the promotion. If your current provider is proven to be faster than FINKOK, we will grant you one month of electronic invoicing service at no cost.
