We would like to inform you that the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) has scheduled a maintenance window for its electronic invoice cancellation services as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Start Date:<\/strong> Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 10:00 PM<\/span><\/li>\n
  • End Date:<\/strong> Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 5:00 AM<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Total Downtime:<\/strong> 7 hours<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Affected Service:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • CFDI Cancellation Service<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Please note that during this maintenance window, the cancellation service will be <\/strong>unavailable. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Should you experience any issues with the service after the maintenance has concluded, we kindly ask that you report them through the designated support channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

      This information is provided so that you can take the necessary measures to avoid disruptions in your invoice cancellation routines.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Our recommendations during the maintenance period are:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Reduce or pause the flow of cancellation requests.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Avoid retrying cancellation requests during the downtime.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Resume cancellation request operations once the maintenance window has ended.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
