{"id":3727,"date":"2025-04-10T17:41:59","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T23:41:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress-sitio.finkok.com\/?p=3727"},"modified":"2025-06-20T16:03:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T22:03:12","slug":"comunicado-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.finkok.info\/en\/comunicado-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Update on Withholding Receipts and the Complement for Technology Services and Platforms"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-sfypvswx alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dear Business Partner,<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We would like to inform you that on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service) made an update to the <strong>error matrix of the CFDI for withholdings and payment information<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>(http:\/\/omawww.sat.gob.mx\/tramitesyservicios\/Paginas\/CFDI_retenciones.htm)<\/strong> as well as the <strong>error matrix for the Technology Platforms complement (https:\/\/www.sat.gob.mx\/portal\/public\/tramites\/complemento-de-plataformas-tecnologicas)<\/strong>, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the updates are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Reten20116<\/strong> \u2013 The value of this attribute must match the name associated with the RFC registered in the \"RfcR\" attribute of the Receptor\/National node. If the registered value is <strong>\u201cP\u00daBLICO EN GENERAL\u201d<\/strong>, the RFC value \u201cXAXX010101000\u201d must appear in the \"RfcR\" attribute.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SPT101 \u2013 The \"Version\" attribute must have the value 1.0.<\/strong> (Validation removed).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SPT117<\/strong> \u2013 When the \"ImpuestoRet\" attribute of the \"ImpRetenidos\" node contains the value 002 (VAT), and the \"RfcR\" attribute contains a value different from the generic national RFC \"XAXX010101000\", the value of the \"MontoRet\" <strong>attribute must correspond to 50% or 100% of the amount recorded in \"BaseRet\"<\/strong>, truncated to two decimal places; in accordance with applicable tax regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These validations have now been implemented in both <strong>the demo (https:\/\/demo-facturacion.finkok.com\/) and production (https:\/\/facturacion.finkok.com\/)<\/strong>environments. We recommend performing tests to ensure the correct issuance of your withholding and payment information receipts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you have any questions or
